SKINOPSISA wannabe stud inherits a house that has a tendency to leave its owners dead and puts out an ad that he'll rent rooms to "beautiful girls 18-25" which is the most ingenious idea we've ever heard. His scheme actually works and he hangs out banging this busty broads and working on his psychic abilities while a mysterious supernatural force kills the hot chicks of the house in terribly unconvincing ways. Ridiculous? Yes. Laughably bad? Yes. But, on the bright side, it never ceases to be amusing and it's a nonstop titfest as a parade of porny looking chicks show various parts of their amply-endowed forms including inflated-looking tatas and wet bushes. -- Rick Stanko
