The Iron Rose is one of Jean Rollin's rarest and most poetic titles and centers on a pair of young lovers who, after a romantic day out together, end up folling around in an old and highly gothic cemetary. They explore ancient crypts and make love amongst the graves before they accidentally get locked in for the night, from here on their romantic frolic turns into a dark and surreal nightmare.
