Take a front-row seat inside San Diego's famed Hollywood Theatre for a special evening of Hollywood Burlesque, one of the first of the post-war Burlesque Features, which Variety accurately described as "an actual run-through of a burly show," complete with campy chorines, baggy-pants comics - including the ol' "Buzzin' the Bees" bit - and such Big-Time Striptease Queens as Joy Damon ("The Happy Little Lassie with the Classy Chassis"), Jenne ("The Modern Tigress"), and "Statuesque Beauty" Hillary Dawn, whose smooth sophisticated strip is burlesque at its best!
