REVIEW
Two women become friends and lovers during tryouts for the Olympics. Hemingway plays the fast but feckless Chris who gets a chance to make the team through her involvement with Tori (Donnelly). They become romantically involved, even though Chris denies the true nature of their romance, which only exasperates Tori. Their jealous, bitter coach (Glenn) adds to their relationship's problems by eventually pitting them against each other personally and professionally. The film runs a bit too long and the cinematography is unimpressive with too many lingering group shower scenes and crotch close-ups, though the interpersonal relationship between the two women is sensitively handled.
