It's every father's nightmare when Scott, playing a Calvinist from the Midwest (as is director Schrader), finds his runaway teenage daughter making porno movies in the big city. Filmed at the height of media censorship, Schrader captures the sleazy, degrading lifestyle often associated with these sorts of enterprises quite well, even if a bit dated. -- Raw Staff
