SKINOPSIS

Actor/producer Wesley Snipes (The Detonator, Blade: Trinity), three-time Golden Globe® award winner Cybill Shepherd (Taxi Driver, TV's 'Moonlighting') and actor/writer/producer Mario Van Peebles (Baadasssss!, Ali) star is this quirky, stylized, fast-paced thriller with a touch of social commentary about three seemingly disparate stories that converge in an explosive climax, where each character has to play the cards that life has dealt them to the best of their ability - and in the end, one day becomes the luckiest day of an unlucky man's life.

A few bit players doff their tops, usually through the cliche of strip clubs. Our favorite attempt at gratuitousness is Snipes making a girl disrobe so she can prove she's not packing a weapon. We'll have to try that line sometime. Cybill Shepherd plays some sort of Saw-inspired sicko, but is thankfully compassionate enough to leave her clothes on.
