FROM THE LINER NOTES

Maria (Ariadna Gil) has nothing left in her life, not even the desire to live it. A frustrated rock & roll singer with a heroin addiction, she has even lost her boyfriend to a drug overdose. All hope seems to be lost for Maria; that is, until the day she meets Rafa (Carlos Fuentes), a young guy with a much clearer view of life that she has. Rafa convinces Maria to steal a little heroin; but what looks like a few grams are not an ounce less than nine kilos. Rafa and Maria set off on a flight of no return, a journey into the unknown a journey towards a place where life will present them with their last opportunity. (Spanish with English subtitles)
