Imagine your worst nightmare... now, imagine it’s not a dream. A city is held hostage by a serial killer who preys on attractive young women. Only Detective Perry (Perlman) can set the scared citizens free by tracking down the mysterious murderer. Suspicions fall on Jerry Martin (Bernsen) who has recently become more distant from his daughter and wife Amy. Is he hiding something? The web of deceit gets wider as Amy becomes the victim of a stalker, who isn’t a stranger!
