REVIEW Director Phillips reunites his Old School cast and adds longtime Wilson co-star Stiller for this aggressively unambitious lark. They play the ambiguously heterosexual partners in law enforcement, rooted as ever in the '70s right down to the iron-on T-shirts. When a corpse washes ashore in their precinct, it's up to them (with the help of street pimp Huggy Bear, played by the amiable Snoop Dogg) to take down the man responsible. Vaughn, always a delight as a slimeball, gives another nice comic turn as a white-collar criminal and cocaine pusher. There are very few jokes per se, just a laid back sense of fun and an unmistakable camaraderie within the cast. It's as inconsequential as an episode of the original series, but there are worse ways to waste a hundred minutes.
