REVIEW
Three lifelong friends become fathers at almost exactly the same time, and need to put aside their adolescent ways. Set (laughably) in Philadelphia, but obviously mostly shot nowhere near the city, this at-times appalling comedy is unrelentingly infantile. It offers no insights, other than men should help take care of their kids, and provides no more than one or two laughs, and a boatload of ill will and borderline offensive, desperate material. A Chinese woman stops her boyfriend mid-apology to exclaim, "You had me with herro," while, in an astonishingly tasteless drunken fantasy scene, Griffin's character imagines the babies — via horrific CGI-enhancement — egging him on to bed a woman in the lewdest language possible. Who was this movie made for? The always-reliable Amos manages a chuckle or two, but this is otherwise an embarrassment.
