Honey (Jessica Alba)

Alba is unimpressive (except physically, if uber-aerobicized, cookie-cutter hotties are your thing) as the title character, a none-too-interesting club dancer with stars in her eyes. Seemingly within minutes, she's a music video dance star ... but she (and the audience) have some lessons to learn about the big, bad world. Lightning-paced yet excruciatingly dull, Honey is so thin and synthetic it makes Flashdance look like Chekov adapted by Bergman. It's also shamelessly pandering, and even the choreography is unimaginative and tedious.
