Karen and her boyfriend rent a new warehouse conversion and accidentally discover a hidden brass bed. Soon, old memories from a frightful childhood mingle with new nightmares, all seemingly released by sleeping in the long hidden bed. The terrors invade her waking life and decay her loving relationship to Jerry with dark fantasies. Karen thinks a malevolent spirit has been awakened and it's changing her. Since finding the bed, the frights of the past no longer sleep.
