A crazed man who has killed a number of people with an ax is arrested by the small town's sheriff, Dan Stevens. But this is no ordinary psycho, and he breaks the handcuffs and heads for the hills. The sheriff finds that he must destroy this murderous killer who has been made indestructible through genetic engineering...but how can he destroy him if he is indestructible???
