From indie director Freeman comes this horrible, clueless, moronic "sequel" to Mary Harron's admirable horror satire. Tenuously (to be charitable) linked to the first film in that the lead character is the lone survivor of Patrick Bateman's killing spree, American Psycho 2 trots out another sexy psycho killer who'll kill anyone who gets in the way of her goal; in this case, to be assistant to professor. . . William Shatner! Kunis is truly bad in an admittedly awful role (she's also saddled with pointless, annoying narration) and the film's attempts at "humor" are soooo sophomoric and obvious that the whole thing becomes painful within minutes (the boppy, "funny" score compounds the agony).
