REVIEW
A cop with unorthodox methods ticks off too many superiors, and is sent to the worst precinct in town. There, he brings his own brand of justice (yawn) to bring down a cadre of corrupt cops (yawn again). Seagal's "comeback" film is rather fitting: it's as ridiculous and dull as the majority of his late '80s/early '90s output (with obvious exception of Under Siege). While he's certainly in better shape than he was in his last few films, Seagal is the same boring, self-righteous jerk he's always been. And while director Bartkowiak is a celebrated cinematographer, after Romeo Must Die and this garbage, he's proven he's no action director. This isn't even amusing on a trash level: do not operate heavy machinery while watching this snoozer.
