After an abysmal third installment, the Highlander film series goes back to basics, reprising its popular themes of swordplay and mentorship. In this fourth chapter, Lambert teams with his TV counterpart Paul for a good-looking, sometimes exciting if by-the-books adventure tale of immortals battling each other to be "the one." Fans of the TV show and film series should enjoy this harmless actioner. (Fourteen minutes longer than the theatrical cut.)
