Schwarzenegger is in familiar territory with this futuristic thriller that pits man vs. technology. Much like Arnold himself, the film gets by by being competent without covering any new ground. In the not-too-distant future, cars drive themselves, refrigerators warn you when you're running low, and scientists have cloned pets and human organs. Human cloning, however, is illegal, but nevertheless performed. When pilot Schwarzenegger finds that he's been cloned, he sets out to reclaim his former life. Out to destroy the evidence and on his trail is the company who duplicated him. Good visuals and a few exciting scenes enhance this otherwise ordinary actioner.
