One of the highest-grossing comedies of all time. Murray, Aykroyd and Ramis play bumbling "paranormal investigators" who save the world, or at least New York City, from demonic apparitions. The special effects are state-of-the-art, and both high-brow and low-brow humor abounds. Fine comic performances from Weaver and Moranis. (Sequel: Ghostbusters II)
