Robert, a chemist under pressure to create a new sex enhancing drug, uses himself as a test subject. He gets more than he expected when his chemical formula changes him into the opposite sex! While Robert is experimenting with his feminine side he soon finds out that the transformation is not permanent. He/she find's that he/she's changing from one sex to the other at inopportune times as his/her fiancée becomes jealous, his/her co-workers are out to get both of him, his/her job is threatened by the approaching deadline and his best friend Max is hitting onihis alter ego. When Robert's mother shows up for a visit, all the hell breaks loose. Science was never like this in Chemistry 101, but they never had this kind of Sexual Chemistry.
