SKINOPSISCougar alert! Janet Suzman is this haughty rich lady and at some point she wakes up to find her haughty rich tit has popped out of her haughty rich dress. There's also this guy who's, like, a draughtsman and he bangs a lot of chicks, but, to be honest, we have no idea what this movie was about. -- Rick Stanko

REVIEW
This bizarre tale of adultery, blackmail and murder is set amidst the genteel countryside of late 17th-century England. An early effort from director Greenaway (The Cook, The Thief...), this provocative and ribald puzzle of a film concerns an artist's rather unusual bargain to sketch the estate of a wealthy landowner: £8 per drawing and the use of the man's wife for sexual favors.
