Dr. Chris Leeder (Buddliner) gets possession of Dr. Jekyll's notebook, and whips up a formula despite a warning that it makes people appear as they really are. Upon ingestion, he finds out who he really is: Miss Hide (Tsentas), a homicidal nymphomaniac.
