REVIEW
A film so bad it will bring a greater appreciation of grade-B, direct-to-video thrillers, Eye of the Beholder takes a ludicrous story and then makes it totally incomprehensible with flashy camerawork, weird editing and weirder plot developments. A comatose McGregor plays a British intelligence officer (named "The Eye"!) haunted by his wife and daughter leaving him. While on assignment, he witnesses a woman (Judd) kill a man. Instead of turning the sexy suspect in, he tracks her across the country as she goes on a killing spree. Then things get even sillier. The two lead roles are impossible to flesh out, though the supporting characters are slightly more interesting. This includes Bujold as a loyal psychiatrist and Priestley as a handsome pick-up with his own secret. Editor's Suggestions
