Affluent L.A. couple Russell and Stowe have their home broken into. Into their lives enters friendly policeman Liotta. Thus begins yet another in the continuing long line of "from hell" psycho thrillers. This is nothing more than a first-draft throwaway which somehow bypassed rewrite and went straight to production. However, Liotta, as a menacing cop-on-the-beat, brings just the right amount of intoxicating villainy and demonic glee to his character. He almost makes it worthwhile.
