Trippin'

REVIEW
Richmond plays a senior in high school who isn't doing a very good job of planning for life after senior year; instead he spends most of his time daydreaming, fantasizing about life as a movie star or a rapper. Naturally he's going to find love and responsibility by the end of the movie. It's a goodhearted flick, one of the few low-budget black films that doesn't wallow in drugs-and-guns culture. But it's also trite, and much of the humor falls flat.
