Shortly after Peter Sellers' death, Edwards slapped together this sorry excuse for a film out of old bits and pieces of yet unseen footage from earlier Panther films. These out-takes are strung together with a flimsy story line about a reporter who interviews anyone he can find who knew Clouseau. Not worth the film it's printed on.
