The Tall Guy

Essentially a one-joke affair, the film follows Dexter King (Goldblum), an expatriate American stage actor living in London. Because of his above-average height, he is constantly cast in humiliating "fool" roles. Demonstrating a flair for physical comedy, Goldblum is at his best in the movie's real showstopper -- a musical version of "The Elephant Man," one of the most tasteless and undeniably funny sequences ever put to film.
