Eastwood's fourth go-round as San Francisco detective "Dirty" Harry Callahan puts him on the trail of a woman (Locke) who is getting revenge against the gang who raped her and her sister years before. The series is starting to show its age, but director Eastwood still manages to bring some life to the familiar tale. (Sequel: The Dead Pool)
