REVIEW
A nifty black comedy thriller, Stranger Than Fiction tells the story of four friends who find themselves having to dispose of a fair number of corpses when a series of accidental deaths occur. But are the killings really accidental? The truth will come out as tensions escalate, secrets are revealed, and motives come to a head. While there are some major narrative gaps along the way, the first half of this film is so gleefully perverse, viewers will be riveted through all of the twists. The quartet of performers play off each other brilliantly and they are aided by Bross' flashy direction. Screenwriters Tim Garrick and Scott Russell borrow as much as they invent, but it is all good nasty fun. You Might Also Like
