REVIEW
London in the year 2008 is the setting for this Lethal Weapon-meets-Alien rip-off which, while woefully unoriginal, winds up being hugely entertaining and, at times, hilarious. A potbellied Hauer continually growls, grimaces and "lives on anxiety, caffeine and chocolate" in his pursuit of a serial killer. Duncan, in a witty performance, is Hauer's overeducated new partner and more than once the two actors appear to be on the verge of laughter and/or tongue kissing! Two questions: Why does the Dutch actor playing a British cop have an American accent and what is "Nights in White Satin" doing all over the soundtrack? You Might Also Like
