A death-row inmate hires a photographer to document his execution for a murder he says he did not commit. Scheider is compelling as the photog who finds himself drawn into a maze of deception and cover-up in this intriguing examination of the duplicity and hidden agendas contaminating the U.S. judicial system. This made-for-HBO production was scripted by photojournalist Doug Magee from his book "Slow Coming Dark." Howard is riveting as the prisoner awaiting execution.
