REVIEW
This refreshingly offbeat youth comedy stars a hilariously deadpan Dempsey as a lovesick college student who visits his girlfriend (Connelly) and her family during Christmas break. Dempsey expects a jolly good time, but gets more than he bargained for when he discovers that her family is more than a little eccentric. It's You Can't Take It with You meets Risky Business, and to director Hoffman and writer Rupert Walters' credit, the majority of the film's many gags score exceedingly well.
