The Return of the Pink Panther

After a long hiatus, Sellers returns to the screen as the hilariously inept Inspector Clouseau. Like many of the post-Shot in the Dark sequels, Edwards tends to concentrate too heavily on big, violent sight gags and Sellers' peerless knack for slapstick and pratfalls. Still, this is one of those films that will keep you laughing throughout. (Sequel: The Pink Panther Strikes Again)
