Nelson turns psycho in this surprisingly effective thriller written by one Jack T.D. Robinson, better known as Phil Alden Robinson (the director of Field of Dreams). Nelson sinks his teeth into the role of a Los Angeles serial killer who delights in showing up the baffled police. Loggia is the seasoned detective assigned to the case. This should satisfy those looking for a couple of good chills.
