REVIEW
Another excursion into quasi-mystic cyberpunk sensibilities, this technoparable on human duality is set in L.A. 2057 A.D., where totally cybernetic Prototypes are programmed to destroy Omegas, cybernetically altered humans. The requisite elements are all here: stark Catherdral lighting in debris-riddled, ravaged interiors; painfully bright, ozone-depleted, barren wasteland exteriors, Road Warrior costumes, casual violence and electronic takes on Gregorian chants. You've seen it all before, and yet, the young cast gives it their best shot and the story offers wry commentary on the human tendency towards self-destruction through technology. You Might Also Like
