A director's feature film debut won't come much more bizarre than this demented tale about the deviant denizens of a sleazy hotel. Turgid with sexual depravity, morbid obsessiveness and a general tone of anti-social behavior, the story centers on a runaway girl who discovers that auntie's San Francisco hotel offers a bit more then bed and breakfast. A delightful black comedy and cult favorite that takes perverse pleasure in wallowing in kinky sex, voyeurism and transvestism.
