SKINOPSISHow lucky is Howard Stern? Very. We'd always kind of suspected that most of the wild shit that supposedly happens in his studio is just made up for radio, but, in this movie, it all happens. He gets a nude massage from Jenna Jameson. Just to clarify, she's the one who's nude showing bush as well as boobs and buns. Plus, several other women show their tits: sometimes while rubbing them, sometimes while soaping them up. Howard Stern, how do we envy thee? -- Rick Stanko
REVIEW
Controversial radio and TV shock jock Stern acquits himself rather nicely in this film "bio" of his rise to fame, based on his best-seller. After several directors took a stab at it, Private Parts finally landed in the capable hands of Thomas, who keeps the pace brisk, wrangles quite a few laughs and gets a winning performance from Stern, who's just as good at his patented "offensive" schtick as he is as a romantic lead (!) in the film's surprisingly affecting love story. Not all of Private Parts clicks, but it's nevertheless a funny, entertaining comedy which can be enjoyed even by those who aren't fans of his radio show. A pleasant surprise. Editor's Suggestions
