REVIEW
This is actually the sequel to Chan's previous Armour of God, which was his first appearance as the Indiana Jones-like adventurer, the "Asian Hawk." This time around, Jackie is hired to find a secret cache of gold left in the desert after WWII by the fleeing German army. Along for the ride are an expert on desert travel (Cheng), the granddaughter of one of the German soldiers (Garcia) and a Japanese vagabond (Ikeda), not to mention a variety of bad guys who dog his every step. The film is virtually a nonstop chase scene, with Chan and cohorts looking for the gold, and everyone else either trying to beat him to it or kill him before he gets it! Some of the best sequences include a motorcycle and car chase through the Barcelona seaport, and the famous end fight scene, in which Chan fights two of the bad guy's henchmen in a wind tunnel. This is a hugely entertaining romp and one of Chan's best films. (Dubbed) You Might Also Like
