REVIEW
Davis and Weller are well-suited in their roles as a pair of wanton yuppies whose comfortable material world comes crashing down around them. Their marriage is too hip for words, they live in a multi-zillion dollar house in the hills, and hobnob with the rich and famous. But it all falls apart and they are forced to search for some deeper meaning to their lives, leading them to new sex partners and a succession of New Age gurus who can only pose more questions than answers. Writer-director Tolkin evokes the same eerie atmosphere of his earlier work, The Rapture, as he unfolds this tale of spiritual emptiness in a world of decadence and consumption. You Might Also Like
