In the not-too-distant future, Japan and the U.S. have merged politically and economically and, through the use of cybernetic parts, humans can repair or replace damaged body parts. Enlisted to battle corrupt government officials and the more-than-human citizens that want to take over the world, cybercop cop Gruner sets out to save the day.
