REVIEW
The Van Damme curse continues for former Hong Kong directors as ace action auteur Lam (City on Fire) is brought low by the Muscles from Brussels. Van Damme stars in this lame, brainless chase picture about a former French soldier who discovers he had a twin brother involved in some shady dealings with the Russian mob. Another surprise awaits Jean-Claude when he meets his bro's girlfriend (Henstridge), who turns out to be very resourceful at avoiding professional killers. Not even stylishly shot, it displays none of the talent or promise which probably got its director the job in the first place.
