Young stars as an unorthodox District Attorney trying to build a case against a mysterious man who is impersonating a well-known photographer and is taking advantage of a number of unsuspecting and vulnerable women. Bergin plays yet another deranged and sadistic villain. Overall, independent feminist filmmaker Borden's (Working Girls) attempt to enter the mainstream, while slightly perplexing and uneven, is an interesting and watchable thriller. Unrated version.
