REVIEW
Dalton makes his second appearance as agent 007, and while he may not make anyone forget the one and only Sean Connery, he proves once and for all that Moore is less. In this exciting and well-paced adventure, set mostly in Miami and Central America, Bond loses his "licence to kill" when he sets out to avenge the murder of his friend's wife. There are, to be sure, hair-raising action scenes and the trademark Bond humor, plus two beautiful costars in Soto and Lowell -- the latter demonstrating that Bond women have finally grown up and can definitely hold their own with the big guys. Davi makes a most memorable villain as a ruthless druglord. (Followed by Goldeneye) Editor's Suggestions
