SKINOPSIS

Barbara Hershey's the whore Mary Magdalene who tempts the hell out of Jesus by flashing her titties and bush at him. She also shows those titties while getting fucked and a few other time.
REVIEW
Scorsese's adaptation of the Nikos Kazantzakis novel is a controversial telling of the Christ story, but for many a believer and non-believer alike this epic exploration of the man behind the myth has proven to be a true article of faith. Dafoe delivers a stylistically brilliant portrayal of a Jesus who, uncertain whether the voices he hears are from God or Satan, is locked in an agonizing battle with his own destiny. Scorsese has succeeded in crafting a truly elegant and thought-provoking treatise on spirituality and existence - clearly a labor of love.
