REVIEW
A crisp, taut contemporary noir thriller, Keys to Tulsa is well-constructed, fast-paced and peppered with trenchant dialogue capably delivered by an eclectic ensemble. Stoltz is the prodigal son who returns to his home town to become quickly ensnarled in murder, blackmail and conflicted loyalties. The convoluted plot is absorbing and punctuated by sharp characterizations: Moore as Stoltz's acerbic society mom; Rooker as a befuddled boy in an angry man's body; Diaz as a poor little rich girl. The intricate web of relationships is revealed as the protagonists play out their roles in the ongoing tragedy, with more than enough guilt to go around. A well-executed exploration of a complexity of soured lives and tarnished expectations. (Available in R-Rated and Unrated Versions) Editor's Suggestions
