REVIEW
The lesbian as psycho killer and sexual predator is given a low-rent (but mildly amusing) take in this cable-quality thriller. Kate is a dark-haired beauty who (except when her hair is frizzed out in Medusa style) hides her psychotic tendencies. She, alone with her dippy blonde lover Cloey (Natalie Radford), go to L.A. in search of Kate's old friend Sara (Farrah Forke). You see, Kate's got the hots for the straight (and boringly WASPish) Sara and nothing, including a boyfriend or two, will keep her away! Filmed in a flat, by-the-numbers style, the story follows Kate as she worms her way into Sara's heart and eventually her panties. But damned, if Sara's heterosexuality doesn't screw things up. And what's a deranged lesbo to do? Get rid of all the guys who have Sara's attention and do your best in trying to convert Sara into her Sapphic ways! Kari Wuhrer is interesting as the manipulating, calculating, weapon-wielding killer dyke but the film takes itself too seriously, seemingly unaware that this exploitation potboiler is supposed to be FUN.
