This fast-paced spoof of the prohibition-era gangster movies opened in the shadow of the Zucker/Abrahams/Zucker comedies (Airplane!, Top Secret) and, despite a minor cult following, has pretty much stayed there. Still, with a few good jokes and a rare funny performance by Piscopo, it's worth watching once… ONCE.
