An odd mix of Kevin Smith/Tarantinoesque ramblings about nothing and a conventional battle-of-wills plot, Ivory Tower is pleasant fluff that doesn't add up to much. Van Horn is a whiz in the computer chip biz; with a big convention and product launch coming up, Ironside is brought in as his new, hard-ass boss. Their visions for the future are at odds, and is Ironside perhaps working for a competitor…? Wuhrer is wasted as a love interest.
