With a cast that seems to come straight from the pages of Details magazine, Inside Monkey Zetterland seems to care more about who is actually in the film rather than telling a story. The film revolves around an ex-child star (writer-producer Antin) whose lesbian sister has left her pregnant lover and moved into his house owned by their soap opera star mother. When radical terrorists come onto the scene, things start getting a little convoluted. It occasionally has a quirky charm, and features a few good performances.
