Disturbingly tasteless, low-budget horror film which tells the story of Eugene, a man who is left wheelchair-bound after suffering many physical and mental atrocities dished out by the unsympathetic hands of an out-of-control society. Homeless and alone, Eugene begins a wave of murders against "normal" people, especially those who show him contempt as a physically challenged person.
