Based on an actual case history, Foreign Bodies dramatized the valiant struggle of an adolescent girl forced into the brutal world of prostitution. A virtual prisoner, indebted to Asian gangs, she barely clings to her own soul, her own sense of identity and ultimately her life. Traumatized, she tries to adapt, torn between her responsibility to her family, whom she is now able to support, and the nightmare of abuse she must endure.
